Serendipity is underated, two clicks and I...Hello!<br /><br />Serendipity is underated, two clicks and I find myself here.<br /><br />To the point; I recently bought a print, for a price roughly equivelet to $0.50 , with the purpose of using it for training in cleaning and restoration (it is quite grubby but not irrideemable). <br /><br />Anyway, there is copious information on the print that might set you on a fruitful hunt for more information about Letitia.<br /><br />Title: The Bowder Stone and Borrowdale<br />Drawn by Joseph Earington R.A.<br />Etched by Letitia Byrne (Sounds Irish)<br />Published September 20th 1815 by T. Cadwell and W. Davies, Strand (London)<br /><br />On a personal note; the engraving is bold and vital, nothing prissy about it.
